Brown Pocket @ Gurney Paragon

I was so bored at home so I decided to go to try out Brown Pocket at Gurney Paragon. The environment was kinda nice. 

There was limited choices on the menu. They have waffles and pancakes with different choices of toppings like ice-cream, maple syrup and others. 

I decided to try out their Red Valentine(RM 12.90) and Mango Yogurt(RM 11.90). 

Red Valentine - strawberries, ice cream, whipped cream and homemade strawberry sauce 

Mango Yogurt - homemade yogurt layered with fresh mango and granola 

The waffles was not bad but the portion is kinda small. I like it when I cut the waffle into smaller pieces n eat it with the whipped cream and strawberry ice-cream. The sweetness was just nice for me. The yogurt just tasted like normal yogurt, nothing special. 

It's not a bad place overall, maybe can drop by if you want. I personally like the design of the shop. 

SECOND VISIT AT BROWN POCKET 

I dropped by at Brown Pocket again because I was at Gurney Paragon and my cousins wanted to try the waffles too. I kinda like it during my last visit at brown pocket due to the location of the shop. It was at the 6th floor of Gurney Paragon and the place allows us to enjoy the view of Penang (some part). 

I have decided to try out their signature dish - Triple Chocolate. I also ordered Mix Fruits Waffle. 

Triple Chocolate ( RM 14.50 ) 

Served with fresh strawberries, ice-cream topped with oreo crunch and 3 types of chocolate sauces which is a must try for chocolate lover. The waffle tasted delicious when the chocolate was poured on top of the ice-cream and the waffle as you can taste the sweetness of different type of chocolate like dark chocolate and milk chocolate ( that's what it taste like for me ) 

Mix Fruits Waffle ( RM 14.90 ) 

Served with fresh strawberries, kiwi, mango, homemade yogurt and maple syrup. For fruits lover, this is a must try as the waffle is ate with the fruits that are covered in sour and tasty yogurt and with a little help of the maple syrup, the waffle will taste like sweet and sour.
