Bitter Sweet Cafe

A very nice weather today to visit the heritage area. My course mates and I went to Armenian Street to do some filming for our drama project. This new cafe - Bitter Sweet Cafe in that area caught my eye and we decided to go in and have a look as we were exhausted by the time it was noon.

The cafe was named Bitter Sweet as the concept of coffee and desserts like cakes are sweet. So when you feel like having breakfast or afternoon tea with a cup of coffee and a slice of cake, why not drop by at Bitter Sweet Cafe located at Armenian Street.

This cafe serves a series of coffee, a few choices of cakes, waffles, pancakes and others. Due to the growling sound my tummy made, I had no choice but to order something to fill up my stomach. I decided to give a try on theirs waffles.

Vanilla Latte (RM 11.50)

Waffle with Homemade Sea Salt Caramel + Homemade Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (RM 11.90)

Waffle with Homemade Earl Grey Caramel + Gula Melaka Ice-cream (RM 12.90)

Both the waffles and the vanilla latte was to my liking. A strong taste of vanilla within the latte is my way of chilling on a hot sunny day. The thickness of the waffle adding the crispness on the outside was good enough for me. Not to mention adding a scoop of cooling ice-cream to sweeten the rest of your day. What more can a girl like me ask for?
