Life is too short to wait: Sip & Chew Cafe

Continued my cafe hunt today with my friends. We were around the heritage area and we were starving so we were trying to decide which cafe to visit today. We did consider bout The Alley and Soohongry but ended up going to Sip & Chew as stated in my tittle.

The cafe was not really big and has only a few tables and chairs. The interior design of the cafe is kinda classic as the wall is painted in grey colour and decorated with with simple photos and nutcrackers. It kinda reminded me of a ballet play. Wifi is provided. Don't know why but it feels kinda hot in the cafe though it is air-conditioned

The menu of the cafe is also simple and classic. Printed on papers with side design and neat arranging of the choices for the customers.

The drinks and the food were not bad. Looks presentable and the taste is averagely nice. Last but not least, we ordered the famous desert in Sip and Chew --- Happy Potted Plant Ice Cream. How can I make my tummy happy without a sweet and yummy desert after a hearty meal? Well, it's nothing really special as in it only ice-cream but what I like the most is the idea of making it like you are eating dirt from a potted plant. The top layer is covered with crushed chocolate kinda like oreo. Cause I am not really sure what they really use. The middle part is the ice-cream, we ordered one mix which is strawberry and peppermint chip and one peppermint chip only. The end there is one slice of swiss roll. It is pandan flavoured. The combination of the crushed chocolate, ice-cream and swiss roll is actually delightful.
